Welcome to Orbiant. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our bespoke intelligent automation services, custom integrations, and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
1. Our Services
Orbiant designs, architects, and deploys high end custom automation systems, including conversation logic flow, booking pathways, API integrations, and data dashboards. All services are provided on a project basis. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are determined through a personalized consulting process and documented in a separate statement of work.
2. Payment & Fees
Billed project amounts depend entirely on project complexity. Custom projects start from 300 USD or equivalent in Tanzanian Shillings. Scope changes requested after project kickoff will be priced separately. Clients are responsible for any external platform fees, such as Meta API costs, hosting, database platforms, or messaging credits.
3. Intellectual Property
Orbiant owns and retains all rights to its pre existing code libraries, architectural templates, developer methodologies, and platform tools. Upon full payment of all project fees, the Client receives a perpetual, worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to use and run the custom automation workflows and integrations designed specifically for their business.
4. Third Party Services
Our automations rely on third party services, platforms, and APIs, including but not limited to Meta platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram, n8n, CRM databases, and payment service providers. We design our systems to be resilient and secure, but we do not assume liability for downtime, rate limits, API modifications, or service terminations initiated by these external providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbiant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, missed bookings, or business disruptions arising from system modifications or third party platform outages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changing regulations, pricing models, or technological frameworks. We will notify you via WhatsApp before material changes take effect.
