The problem:Booking a bus in Tanzania is still a manual process for most operators. Phones go unanswered. The companies that have websites deal with slow load times and broken booking flows. Most have no online presence at all. Passengers show up hoping there's a seat. Staff juggle calls, WhatsApp messages, and handwritten lists simultaneously.

What we built:An automated booking pipeline on WhatsApp that handles seat selection, reservation confirmation, and M-Pesam, mix by yas, airtel money and halotel payment verification without staff involvement. Built on n8n with Redis state management and Groq LLM for natural conversation handling. No app to download. No website to load. Just WhatsApp.

The result:Currently in final deployment phase.

The problem:A forex trading consultancy was onboarding VIP clients manually through Telegram and WhatsApp. Registration was slow, billing updates were done by hand, and client records lived in someone's phone.

What we built:Automated VIP onboarding triggers across Telegram IG and WhatsApp, connected to a secure billing database that updates automatically when a client registers.

The result:Currently in scoping phase.
